my doctor told me i could slowly start to swim. when i saw myself in the swimsuit and goggles i thought: this is it. this is my sport! however, when i dropped into the water like a bag of old potatoes and the cold chilled my bones and my soul and when i nearly drowned in a lack of oxygen and a pool made from my own tears i knew the michael phelps in me was long dead and i was made for solid grounds and fuzzy yellow tennis balls. so long, swimming, we had a good run😿 #createdwithadidas @adidas_de @parley_adidas
